Sally in Colorado

Hi everyone....

I live a little south of Denver with my two dogs, a guinea pig (bought for the grandbabe - but I'm getting attached to it, too) and my three and a half year old granddaughter, Bri is with me 3-4 days a week.

I'm currently a team builder with Jafra - a cosmetics/skin care company. I'll be promoting to manager soon, but I'm "playing it" so that I can participate in a Mercedes Benz car program without stressing out too much. In other words, I'm feeling that I'm not in a rush to become manager but instead I want my team producing enough volume to make earning the car (and the new manager bonuses) a breeze.

I have been thinking of starting a board like this for a long time. It's my intent to use this as the primary source for training and daily communication with my team. I needed a place like this so that the information would be easily accessible to all of my existing and new consultants - which in turn will reduce the time I've been spending on explaining the same things over and over. It is my sincere hope that you will find this benefit of being a member here as well.... if you are working on building a team.

I truly believe in abundance - meaning that there is no shortage of sales or new consultants out there for any of us. I also feel that the training materials that we offer up through here are really not earth-shattering new stuff for the most part... instead, most of the ideas and materials here have been around for decades. It's all about putting it out here in a way that is accessible.
