Hi everyone!

So what's your time worth?

Let me be frank, here.  My main motive in building this site to take a huge load off of my own time schedule.  I must have spent 20 hours last week talking to my team about travel certificates, double hostesses, etc.    Soooooo....   My intent is to reduce the time I spend repeating myself on the phone and in emails to my team.  This site should provide a valuable resource for my own team members to pick up the training they desire when they want it.  (Even if that is 2 AM!)

You get the idea, I hope!  The forum is being set up to make the archives incredibly valuable.  I believe this could be the very best site on the internet for all people doing direct sales or running their own businesses.

We're also going to be playing booking and team building games.... these are super fun... and while membership money helps to run this site, we'll be able to afford to do some fun prizes for the game participants.    Do you think you have a "competitor type" or two on your team that would be a booking machine if she could win an iPod or a $100 restaurant certificate?

See how this could help you grow?  Without you killing yourself on the phone?

So here's the good news... if we all pitch in, this will also help you build volume in your own teams.  There's no need to reinvent the wheel.   So it's my intent to make it easier for all of us to work with our teams while not wasting time on creating things that have already been done decades ago!   Hope you see the power in this.

I also hope you can see that the messages here are going to create useful archives for members yet to come.  And hopefully for years to come!

I'm going to try to keep the messages on topic here... so from time to time, you might see a message get moved to hopefully help the archives here be enjoyable and useful to read.

So here's the rules...

1.  Be nice.   There's plenty of business to go around for everyone... so we're all here to be good for each other.  Help out when you can and it will come back to you.

2.  Be courteous.  We can debate all sorts of things in here.. and it's all good!  I believe we learn better ways of doing things by talking about all sides of a topic!   But no personal attacks.  Nobody is "stupid" or whatever.   Keep it to facts and your own viewpoints about the subject (and not the people) and it can be very productive!

3.  Be respectful.   Especially in regards to the content on here.

Please respect the amount of time that has gone into building this site as well as the fact that the content here comes from member experiences.   The content here is meant to make your job easier - but remember that someone did put in the work to make it available to you.   So always remember to give credit where credit is due.

Use everything here!  Use it at meetings, use the info on conference calls, send emails to your team, encourage them to come here and get more for themselves... but PLEASE... don't duplicate this site nor take the materials that are available on this site and make them available on your own team sites.

Remember to thank the member that provided info that helped you.

Feel free to distribute any PDFs or materials that are downloaded from this site - but the credit for the source of the material must remain on the materials.

Being nasty to other members (on a personal level), duplicating content from this site on another site, or distributing materials without giving credits to the creators will result in getting you banned.
