Wonderous White Cheese Dip

This is the white cheese dip served in Mexican restaurants around here.

1 cup Asadero cheese, shredded----may substitute WHITE american cheese or monterey jack cheese

4 ounces chopped jalapenos
1/4 cup half & half
2 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted.  Serve with warmed tortilla chips.  YUMMY!
