OK... besides all of the jargon below that is in every user agreement, there are a few special things to keep in mind about our board. We're not trying to be bitchy... but these things are important for the integrity of this board.
You agree:
To not initiate recruiting here. This will get you banned. We understand that some people will meet others through this forum and some newbies will come looking for a sponsor. That's different. But remember to attract people to yourself via good content... but don't advertise.
To be helpful... but no blatant advertising. No spamming.
No harvesting of email lists here. This will be considered theft if used to promote a business. Any theft of member names for this purpose will be prosecuted in a venue of the moderator/board owner and you agree to our choice of venue and liquidated damages equal to the maximum amount allowed by the small claims / conciliation court of the venue. Currently, this is $5,000 in the venue of Douglas County, Colorado. Don't steal emails from here to promote your business or to sell or share to others. This is a majorly-big no-no. Just try it and see how seriously we feel about this. Our members need to be able to have their people participate here. Spamming or cross recruiting spoils that.
(and can you tell that we've had a problem with a few jerks in the past???) 
That you will not take the content here and reproduce it or offer it for distribution on any other website.
You may use all of the information here in meetings to YOUR team, in emails in YOUR business, to use as content on YOUR conference calls, etc. If you have a question about using something properly, then ask within that topic or send one of the mods a personal message.
You agree that if someone else (not in your direct downline) wants the information you are sharing (PDFs, discussions, videos, audio recordings, and the like), you will send them to this site and they can get it for themselves. Respect the work of the members that are sharing information here with the intent to HELP OTHER MEMBERS HERE. In other words, the content here is meant for YOU, the member... and one member should not be sharing it with an entire state or company.
Any distribution of materials derived from this forum are to have credits in place to give credit to the authors of the work being shared. No exceptions.
Only one account per member... unless approved by the moderators.
Your first name is to be used in your signature line. No anonymous posting here.
No advertising in signature files. You may start ONE topic for yourself in the "Getting to Know Each Other" and you can talk about anything you want in your own topic.
